Job Summary
The Executive Director of Engineering and Operations is responsible for the successful management of Engineering and Operations (E&O).
The position will be responsible for the leadership, oversite and strategic planning of 4 direct reports and 96 indirect reports.
The Engineering & Operations Department is responsible for the proper and sustainable maintenance and operations of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC Controls, Fire Alarm Systems, Preventative Maintenance, General Maintenance, Plant Operations, Grounds, Energy Management, services for medical equipment and Minor Renovation and Construction Projects for 5M square feet with a combined annual operating budget that exceeds 12M and an annual utility budget of approximately 13M.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
12 years of healthcare leadership experience
7 years of supervisory experience
CHFM certification
