Skills & Requirements
Must-have
B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
4-6 years experience in product design
Proficiency in Solidworks or NX CAD software
Strong knowledge of sheet metal design and weldments
Expertise in GD&T and ANSI drawing standards
Experience with DFMEA and NPD processes
Knowledge of casting design and material selection
Nice-to-have
Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Experience with mechatronic system integration
Exposure to TTMA and FMVSS trailer standards
Experience working in global engineering teams
Ability to mentor junior engineers
Project management and coordination skills
Awareness of emerging manufacturing technologies
Key Requirements
B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
4-6 years of relevant industry experience
Proven end-to-end product design experience
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools like Solidworks/NX
