Job Summary
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling systems that power Robinhood’s global product expansion.
You will own a critical product and engineering surface within the International organization, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver robust, scalable, and localized experiences for customers around the world.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.

Salary

Key Requirements
6-9 years of software engineering experience
1+ years of experience managing engineers
Solid foundation in distributed systems and backend architecture
Proven ability to deliver complex projects
Experience working closely with product and design
