Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the centre’s curriculum framework. Observe and record children’s learning progress to support their individual development. Create hands-on, play-based activities that make learning enjoyable and relevant. Care and Classroom Management Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment where children feel secure and supported. Guide children gently in routines, social skills, and self-help habits. Set up displays and resources that encourage curiosity and pride in learning. Teamwork and Parent Partnership Communicate regularly with parents to build trust and involve them in their child’s learning. Work closely with fellow educators to plan lessons, events, and school celebrations. Uphold the centre’s values of respect, care, and teamwork in all interactions.
