Job Summary

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years safety or reliability experience
  • 5+ years operational aerospace environment
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) expertise
  • Hazard assessment and JHA implementation
  • OSHA, EPA, NFPA regulatory knowledge
  • Incident investigation and root cause analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with exotic materials and novel processes
  • High-risk test campaign support
  • 24/7 operations and emergency response
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced degree in engineering or safety
  • CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification

Key Requirements

  • Minimum B.S. in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or related field
  • 10+ years total work experience in safety, EHS, or reliability
  • 5+ years experience in operational aerospace, manufacturing, or chemical industry
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required
  • Ability to lift/carry up to fifty pounds and climb stairs
