Base: $145,188.00 - $203,263.20; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match up to 5%, paid parental leave, education support

Must-have
10+ years safety or reliability experience
5+ years operational aerospace environment
Process Safety Management (PSM) expertise
Hazard assessment and JHA implementation
OSHA, EPA, NFPA regulatory knowledge
Incident investigation and root cause analysis
Nice-to-have
Experience with exotic materials and novel processes
High-risk test campaign support
24/7 operations and emergency response
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Advanced degree in engineering or safety
CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification
Key Requirements
Minimum B.S. in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or related field
10+ years total work experience in safety, EHS, or reliability
5+ years experience in operational aerospace, manufacturing, or chemical industry
U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required
Ability to lift/carry up to fifty pounds and climb stairs
