Job Summary

  • You are responsible for the quality of customer request processing and the skill development of employees.
  • You will analyze documents and data to propose evolutions to improve the efficiency of our processes, our teams, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will prepare and deploy necessary training for our Customer Service employees (providers and internal): integration, continuous training, deployment of new processes.
