Job Summary
You are responsible for the quality of customer request processing and the skill development of employees.
You will analyze documents and data to propose evolutions to improve the efficiency of our processes, our teams, and customer satisfaction.
You will prepare and deploy necessary training for our Customer Service employees (providers and internal): integration, continuous training, deployment of new processes.
