Ecolab is looking for a DEI Analytics & Insights Manager responsible for delivering global analytics, reporting, and digital solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and engagement initiatives.
This role partners closely with Global DEI, Talent, and HR leadership to translate workforce data into actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions, including Copilot-enabled capabilities.
The position offers a hybrid work model combining Pune office and remote work with a US shift schedule from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.

Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint
