Job Summary

  • Lead all legal matters related to the operations of OKX's business in Central and South America (outside of Brazil), including assessing and securing any and all regulatory licenses needed in the region.
  • Conduct legal research into laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency/digital assets and provide legal advice on licensing and compliance requirements.
