Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician's orders, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms and accident/incident reports.
Participate in employee performance evaluations, develop work assignments, and provide leadership to nursing personnel on your unit/shift.
