Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management or similar field
  • Minimum of ten years of real estate or related project management experience
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Experience in construction project management
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and data analysis
  • Strong skills in document management
  • Strong technology skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Visio, Powerpoint, AdobeSign, and Microsoft tools
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Experience leading a team across matrixed organizations
  • Experience implementing organizational change management
  • Experience in project finance activities
