Job Summary
Lead, enhance and implement Fairmont’s Service Culture and standards as a role model for exceptional performance, providing direction and guidance to Event Supervisors.
Ensure the financial success of the department by monitoring labour productivity, scheduling, revenue generation, forecasting and cost control, while fostering strong relationships with other hotel departments.
Achieve or exceed all targeted objectives, develop strong interpersonal relationships with meeting planners, and create new unique and personalized experiences for guests.

Key Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, Silverware
