Job Summary
Contributes to an exceptional resident experience through high standards of repairs, planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, and statutory compliance of the building fabric and mechanical and electrical systems.
Works as part of the Community team to ensure all residents enjoy a high level of service and repair throughout their environment, communicating effectively with residents, clients, contractors and colleagues.
Monitors and maintains the electronic maintenance reporting system, Onesite, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within reasonable time scales, corresponding with tenants when required.
