Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Experience in client-focused, results/metrics-driven organization
Experience in leading high-performing teams
Proficiency in PDS technology
Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling
Experience working with Landlords, developers and institutional owners
