Manage and mentor backend engineers through regular 1-to-1 meetings, own performance reviews and career development plans, and build a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, quality, and accountability.
Define and maintain a clear balance between product delivery and technical investment, drive coordination across squads, and establish scalable ways of working to improve overall team efficiency.
Define and drive the backend technical roadmap in collaboration with Tech Leads, lead key architectural decisions, and identify risks early (scalability, performance, technical debt) and proactively address them.
