The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project progress, and leading a team while ensuring effective communication and project execution

Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and case consultant for clients interacting with Epiq EMS group on their e-discovery projects.
  • Train and manage a team of individuals to service a particular queue of clients, acting as the primary keeper of client and project information.
  • Interact with other departments within Epiq to find and implement the best solutions for client needs, representing Epiq in relationships with clients and third parties.
