You will act as a key R&D interface by troubleshooting product issues, ensuring proper system setup and rollout, and providing training, retraining, and ongoing customer support.
You will contribute to the product roadmap through suggestions of new features, functionality, and variants, and initiate IP generation in your area of specialization.
