  • Key responsibilities include managing site-specific reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, and life cycle replacement programs, as well as implementing innovative energy and utilities management.
  • The role requires ensuring the effective delivery of FM services to the complete satisfaction of stakeholders, achieving quality standards within agreed annual budgets, and participating in tendering and business development.
