  • Work closely with AWS customers in the Travel and Hospitality industry to understand their unique needs and challenges, leveraging expertise to offer valuable insights and provide tailored guidance on how to best utilize AWS technology.
  • Manage the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS, leading activities such as architecture reviews, white-boarding sessions, creating and delivering demos, and technical workshops.
  • Encourage innovation and drive change to achieve better customer outcomes, while also being the voice of the customer internally to inform the roadmap of AWS features.
