Knowledge of planning design procurement and construction process

Utility Project Management experience
Professional Estimator Certification from AACE International
Experience managing unit cost libraries
Significant portfolio of completed engineering estimates
Experience working on Electric Utility projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
3 years of relevant estimating experience
Associate Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
Valid driver's license with safe driving history
Proficient MS Office computer skills (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
