Job Summary

  • This role leads the design and delivery of agentic AI systems that transform measurement intelligence into automated, client-facing workflows across Dentsu X, iProspect, and Carat.
  • The successful candidate will own the strategic vision for Dentsu's agentic AI platform, including LLM orchestration and intelligent automation while leading a team of seven engineers.

Must-have

  • 10+ years software engineering or AI/ML experience
  • Deep expertise in LLM applications and agent orchestration
  • Experience leading engineering teams with 5+ reports
  • Strong product sense translating technical capabilities to value
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure preferred
  • GitHub CI/CD and GitOps best practices
  • Agentic development tools like Laude Code and Cursor AI

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in media agencies or adtech environments
  • Background working with Databricks Genie and Unity Catalog
  • Experience designing conversational AI or copilot products
  • Knowledge of media data and analytics workflows
