Must-have
UiPath Studio and Robot development
UiPath Orchestrator configuration and management
REFramework and State Machine implementation
Enterprise-scale UiPath deployment experience
Agile/Scrum delivery framework proficiency

Mentoring junior developers and code reviews
Strong problem-solving mindset and passion
Experience with Kafka messaging integration
Knowledge of Power BI and Grafana dashboards
Familiarity with Windows Virtual Desktop environments
Key Requirements
4 to 8 years total experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 4 years hands-on UiPath development
Experience with multi-bot environments and COE-led delivery
