Job Summary

• The Government Business SVP will have overall enterprise-wide leadership, strategy, growth, and profit/loss responsibility for Highmark Health’s Government Segments, including Medicaid, Federal Segments, and Medicare Advantage.
• This role is accountable for developing and executing vision, strategic objectives, and initiatives to support corporate objectives, driving market share growth, and defining an operating model that optimizes efficiencies.
• Key responsibilities include talent management, financial planning, market development, product innovation, quality and risk management, cross-functional collaboration, external stakeholder management, sales channel oversight, and regulatory compliance.
