  • The People Services PLC Manager will manage the full People Life Cycle process for ensuring the seamless execution of processes like On Boarding, Off Boarding, Job Change, Data management (physical and digital), External Work Force, One Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 Level.
  • Leading a team of 10 + people, the People Services PLC Manager will ensure that the procedures listed below and related to PLC area are executed within the due legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, ensuring that processes are perform and deliver under an adequate environment of control and segregation of duties, minimizing the risks associated.
  • Inspire and align the Team with Sanofi's strategic direction while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, excellence and innovation.
