Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning design or similar (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience developing corporate learning programs related to AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies
  • 5+ years of experience designing and leading large-scale enterprise-wide learning or skilling initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience owning and managing program budgets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in creating and managing reports for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams)
