Job Summary

  • The Product Manager – LifeCycle Management shapes, prioritizes, and drives the Workflow and IT Solutions (WITS) Automation Continuous Improvement (CI) program scope and owns the long-term roadmap across hardware, software, and complex elements.
  • Serve as the central cross‑functional integrator, aligning Product Management, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Service, Operations, and other BUs to deliver feasible, well‑scoped CI initiatives aligned with product strategy and customer insights.

  • Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks
  • Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with sustaining programs or lifecycle governance structures
  • Strong communication skills in English
