Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to assure the highest degree of quality care for residents.
  • The Administrator is responsible for overseeing quality care, operational functioning, budget conformance, policy development, staffing, and risk management within the nursing facility.
  • This role requires active involvement in community groups, contract negotiations, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
