This role directly impacts service responsiveness, engineer productivity, customer downtime, and aftersales revenue across multiple product lines including Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generation.
The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure fast, accurate parts supply and maintain high customer satisfaction.
