Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will perform both preventative maintenance & corrective maintenance to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment / systems in assigned facilities.
Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
