Job Summary

• This position functions to assist the licensed pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services to patients while supporting nursing and medical staff.
• The technician must prepare and package medications, distribute supplies, and ensure all medications are secure and in date according to Joint Commission requirements.
• Technicians are required to complete PTCB certification within 12 months of hire if not already certified and maintain it throughout employment.
