This high-impact role is responsible for establishing the configuration control framework and ensuring seamless synchronization between requirements, hardware design, and software baselines for the Flexrotor unmanned aerial system.
The position requires leading Configuration Control Boards, managing end-to-end engineering change workflows, and supporting the evolution of Product Lifecycle Management data structures.

Base: $143k - $229k; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation including profit sharing and ESOP; Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years configuration management experience
Aerospace or complex robotics background
Lead Configuration Control Board activities
Manage engineering change workflows ECRs ECNs
PLM data structure and schema development
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering or Systems Engineering
Experience with ARAS or similar PLM tools
Familiarity with MBSE or digital engineering environments
CM2 certification or equivalent
Experience supporting UAS or aerospace certification programs
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Ten (10) plus years of configuration management experience
Must be a US Person under ITAR definition
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA/Confluence
Experience with software configuration management and version control
Work Rights
Must have US citizenship, green card holder, or person covered under existing ITAR license
