Job Summary

  • This position will be a long-term expatriate opportunity based in Tokyo, Japan, with relocation assistance and various overseas incentives.
  • The role involves leading the NGAS Strategy and Growth team in Japan, managing customer engagement, market and competitive assessments, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • The successful candidate will cultivate strategic relations with Japanese customers, U.S. Government and Military leadership, and regional industrial partners to enable growth in awards and market position.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years related experience or higher degree with less experience
  • 10 years experience with Japanese Defense or corporate Business Development
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance
  • Proven international business development experience in Aerospace and Defense
