Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor, forging deep relationships with customers and helping them realize maximum value from their Salesforce investment.
This position is aligned to the Enterprise Life Sciences customer segment, requiring support for business priorities, product launches, and industry-specific adoption of Salesforce solutions.
You will be responsible for the orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion, cultivating relationships with IT and business executive leadership.

Key Requirements
7 to 8 years of experience minimum
Full professional English and Italian languages
Proven work experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, and/or solutions architecture
Proven work experience and knowledge of the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) industry
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or a relevant competing platform
Experience in system integration or management consulting services
