This position provides technical support for the delivery and accounting of company-sponsored retirement plans including 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plans.
The role requires oversight of benefits accounting functions such as auditing, funding, and reconciling enrollments, premiums, and contribution limits.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience administering retirement plans for employers with 2500 or more employees.

Must-have
Audit and reconcile plan enrollment data
Reconcile deductions in CostPoint system
Ensure compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations
Process benefit vendor payments via Accounts Payable
Assist with annual 401(k) audits and census testing

Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Experience with multi-business line environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
Key Requirements
Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred
Minimum 5 years administering 401(k) plans
Experience with 2500+ headcount organizations
Deltek Costpoint and WorkDay experience preferred
CEBS or PHR certification preferred
