Job Summary
Lead the China Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process, including its design, cadence, and governance to drive business performance improvement initiatives aligned with Agilent’s IBP transformation.
Organize and facilitate structured, cross-functional S&OE forums that promote accountability for resolving issues impacting customer delivery.
Support change management through employee and stakeholder S&OE onboarding sessions, employee training and meeting and forum facilitation support.
