Our Bridge to Higher Acuity II Program – PCU to ICU offers a supportive pathway to help you build the advanced skills and confidence needed to care for critically ill patients.
You’ll begin on the night shift in one of our Progressive Care Units (PCUs), where you'll strengthen your clinical judgment, sharpen critical thinking, and care for higher-acuity patients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
