Job Summary
This position will be primarily focus on asset management works of mix-use development project including commercial components such as parking, shopping mall, office for lease, serviced apartment and hotel.
Manage multiples application dossiers for project’s licenses, ensuring comprehensive due diligence processes and good coordination in procurement, financial and accounting process.
Support in reviewing all procedures & documentation, preparing corporate reports, and assisting with auditing requests to ensure business activities align with local laws and regulations.

Key Requirements
