Key Requirements
Previous industry experience building regulatory intelligence organization
Demonstrated success setting and executing strategic roadmap
Proven ability to synthesize regulatory signals into decision-ready insights
Experience building governance frameworks
Previous experience developing platforms for regulatory intelligence
Deep expertise in GMP for pharmaceuticals, biologics, CAR-T, and medical devices
Previous experience as a compliance leader or inspector at a global health authority
Strong understanding of global health authorities' regulations and enforcement practices
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives at executive level
Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and business translation skills
Strong persuasion and influencing capabilities
Proven leadership skills building high-performing teams
