  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting changes in condition, recording entries, and performing various care tasks such as making beds, assisting with meals, and maintaining resident comfort.
  • The role requires assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their hygiene, assisting with medical tests, and performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
