Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Clinician PD carries out the mission of the Perinatal Depression Program by responding to calls received by the 866-364-MOMS hotline, providing emotional support, assessing the status of the caller, and developing a joint plan for intervention.
Provide emotional support to callers to the phone hotline, maintain a steady and even affective state, and provide support, empathy, normalization/validation as appropriate.
