  • Acts as the named or designated qualified engineer where required for licensing, registration, or regulatory filings, including participation in engineering-related assessments, reviews, and/or operational processes where professional input is essential.
  • Provides professional endorsement, supervision, and/or confirmation to the extent mandated by applicable statutory or regulatory requirements and offers technical guidance in accordance with the Employee’s professional expertise.
  • Maintains valid self professional qualifications, registrations, and continuing professional requirements necessary for the designation, and proactively informs the Company, in advance, of any changes, updates, obligations, or risks related to such qualifications.
