Job Summary
The main mission of the Production Management Manager for Costume Jewelry and Belts is to ensure the delivery of collections on time while managing the balanced workload of the sector's manufacturers in line with the defined strategy.
You will establish volume/product assignments for each collection based on technical and delivery challenges, validate these recommendations with Industrial Management, and monitor weekly delivery progress with manufacturers.
You will propose and validate annual and 3-year provisional workload plans per manufacturer to define the sector's strategy and build reporting indicators for management and manufacturer panels.
