The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident conditions promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring for pressure areas while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Perform lifting turning and transporting duties

Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
