  • HR Business Partners provide strategic people advice and closely partner with senior business leaders to drive leading people strategies and optimize business performance.
  • The role is also required to effectively partner with senior business leaders and key teams within HR including the Group People Services, Centres of Expertise and Crew leads to design and implement people strategies, plans and processes that respond to the evolving business contexts.
