Key Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years senior management experience in Long Term Care
  • Familiar with using data to drive decisions
  • Experience in gerontology/CQI/research/adult learning/change management
  • Strong knowledge of RAI-MDS
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Able to travel as required and possess a valid driver’s license
