The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Essential duties include planning and conducting individual and group activities, maintaining communication with residents and families, and assisting with activity care plans and resident assessments.
The role requires assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, arranging transportation for residents, and ensuring the Activity Department is kept clean and orderly.
