Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Development Management or relevant Social Science
  • Knowledge of major donor requirements (BHA, ECHO, FCDO, UN agencies, German government)
  • Knowledge of humanitarian industry standards (Sphere, HAP, NGO code of conduct)
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in humanitarian grant acquisition and management
  • At least 2 years of experience in emergency response programming or fragile contexts
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
  • Ability to work in high tension and high security risk situations
