Job Summary
The dispatcher/recorder will provide police communications and dispatching, maintain police files and records, and perform a wide variety of complex clerical duties requiring specialized knowledge in the police field.
This successful candidate must be able to perform multi-tasking work involving answering emergency and non-emergency telephone calls and answering multiple calls at the same time.
Up to 8 - 20 hours per week and all work is performed on shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekend, and holidays.
