Job Summary
As Production Manager you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of a highly technical manufacturing plant consisting of precision machining operations and valve product assembly and test.
Responsible for implementing strategies and plans, in conjunction with other functional departments, to increase productivity, decrease costs, improve quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensures that physical plant and equipment are maintained properly, utilizing both internal and external resources through institution of proactive measures and project management programs.
