Job Summary
Lead the development of proposals supporting adversarial AI, mission autonomy, and decision advantage, with a focus on SBIR, OTA, and advanced R&D programs across the Defense and Intelligence Community.
You will work directly with business development, capture, and technical leadership to shape and deliver submissions that position NTC to win in high-priority mission areas across the Defense and Intelligence Community.
We are looking for a proposal leader who drives outcomes, brings structure to ambiguity, and turns complex technical capability into clear, compelling proposals.

Key Requirements
8 -12+ years of federal proposal management experience
Demonstrated success leading winning proposals
Experience with SBIR, OTA, and/or R&D-focused procurements
