Job Summary

  • Partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including senior Hiring Managers, Employee Success, Recruiting Business Advisors, Sales Strategy, and more to support internal employee mobility.
  • Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer accept, enabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of Recruiting experience
  • Experience with Internal Recruiting
  • Experience with Sales Recruiting
  • Proven track record of excellent client engagement
  • Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives
  • Understanding of ATS tools and technologies
  • Ability to deliver on tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
